Terms of Service
These terms define the rules for using Curflow. Read them carefully before installing the application.

14-day trial: Curflow includes a free 14-day trial period. After that period, you need a Standard or Pro license to continue using it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Use
By downloading, installing, or using Curflow, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any of the terms described here, you must not use the application.
Legal Capacity
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Curflow. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
What is Curflow
Curflow is a native macOS application that allows users to configure custom cursor gestures to execute actions in specific applications. The service is provided "as is".
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Where possible, we will notify users of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
3. License to Use
Limited License
Curflow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application on macOS devices you own, in accordance with the plan you purchased (Standard or Pro).
Restrictions
The following are not permitted: (a) sublicensing, selling, or redistributing Curflow; (b) reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code; (c) modifying or creating derivative works; (d) using Curflow for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. System Permissions
macOS Accessibility
Curflow requires macOS Accessibility permissions to detect the active application and execute keyboard actions. By granting these permissions, you understand that Curflow will use these capabilities exclusively for the functions described in the documentation.
Configuration Responsibility
You are responsible for the actions configured in Curflow. If you configure a gesture that executes a destructive action in a specific application, Curflow will execute that action as configured. Review your configurations carefully.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership
Curflow, its code, design, brand, logos, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of its creators. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights over the software to you.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the product without any obligation of compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
Curflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software is error-free, secure, or will operate without interruption.
Damages
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of productivity, or any other damage arising from the use or inability to use Curflow.
Liability Cap
Our total maximum liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid for your license in the last twelve (12) months.
7. Privacy
Privacy Policy
Your use of Curflow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Termination
By You
You may stop using Curflow and uninstall it at any time, which automatically terminates this license.
By Us
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the software if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operating company of Curflow is registered. Any dispute shall be resolved preferably through arbitration or mediation.
