New

  • Update-available badge on the menu bar icon — When Curflow finds a new release, the menu bar icon shows a small up-arrow badge so you know an update is waiting without opening the menu. It clears once the update is installed, and the tooltip now says “Update available” on top of the current status.

Improvements

  • Typing now cancels a gesture in progress — Pressing any key while drawing cancels the stroke immediately (Esc included). Before, holding the trigger modifier to type a real shortcut (Ctrl+E, Cmd+Shift+P) painted a ghost trail and could accidentally fire a flow when you released the modifier. Keystrokes from Curflow’s own actions are ignored, so flows that hold the trigger down (repeat mode) keep running while their shortcuts execute.
  • Gesture trail shows what happened — The trail now tints by outcome: green when the flow executed, amber when the gesture was cancelled. This can be turned on or off in Settings → Drawing (on by default).
